URGENTLY REQUIRED:

A major International Oil & Gas Services Company is looking for a professional to fill the following position:

Personnel / HR Manager

Requirements:
• A professional qualification (formal educational background minimum Bachelor Degree), and be fully conversation in all aspects of generalist HR management.
• Age between 26 - 35 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences with supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian HR practices & regulations.
• Demonstrated good management & organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good fluent written and oral English is essential.
• Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and work well under stress and time pressures.
• Willing to be located outside Java.
