SMALL PROJECT ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:
• To ensure that the assigned projects works are executed in an expedient, cost effective and safe manner; in compliance with the Company Engineering Standards and International Codes.
• Managing small projects from concept phase to execution.
• Undertake Front End Loading (FEL) activities. FEL activities covers screening of options, appraise, optimize and refine the selected option for execution. During FEL undertaking, the Small Project Engineer shall interface with asset operations to align project objectives with asset goals.
• Responsible for developing FEL report that includes technical analysis, implementation plan and cost estimate at 10% accuracy for funding proposal.
• Responsible for obtaining funding approval. The responsibility demands interfacing with asset representative.
• Interface with procurement department to develop bid document and/or scope of work for material purchasing or securing a service contract related to the assigned project.
• Undertake project execution and liaise all parties involved.
• Plan and promote all work to be implemented in a safe manner in support of the Project and Indonesian Business Units HSE policies.
• Responsible for the generation, review and assessment of cost and schedule information and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years experience in Facilities Engineering. Experience in oil and gas projects and offshore project environment is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self driver.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Understanding of project scheduling, analysis and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Capable in identifying project risks, develop contingency plan and working in a small multi-discipline team.
• Understanding of Process Safety and Hydrocarbon Processing Systems.
• Process equipment and piping system knowledge and process control awareness.
• Participated in process hazard analysis.
• Operation and Maintenance awareness.
• Awareness of industrial codes and standards.

PLANNING & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide detail scheduling of all marine & aviation logistic activities.
• Monitor the performance of all marine & aviation schedule.
• Plan the logistic resource based on user requirements in short, medium and long range planning basis.
• Plan the fuel replenishment in a cost efficient and effective manner.
• Balance the month end status of fuel management.
• Prepare monthly and quarter report of logistics KPI.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferred Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Management.
• Logistics operations knowledge min. 2 years.
• Planning & scheduling min. 2 year with knowledge in planning & scheduling tools & methodology.
• Knowledge cargo handling, loading & off loading the vessel & barges.
• Knowledge in transportation both air and sea operations system, contractual law & regulations.
• Knowledge in logistics operation & administration system both onshore & offshore.
• Knowledge in handling oil & gas import & export material & customs law.
• Knowledge in harbour management.
• Knowledge in marine & aviation transportation system.
