We are a group of multinational company which operates business of Industrial Gases as part of the LINDE GROUP that has head office in Germany is seeking qualified, highly motivated person to fulfill the position as :

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Role and Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Country Head and functional to the Regional Procurement Manager, the position is responsible for the management of how the business spends money with all third party suppliers with the principal responsibility as follows :

• Purchase Order System.
• Commercial Agreement with Suppliers.
• Cost Management.
• Compliance with Preferred Suppliers.
• Supply-related Reporting and Communication.
• Business Support.
• Safety through Suppliers.
• Manages the team.

Functional and Technical Requirement

• Graduated from reputable university with minimum experience of 7 years in procurement management from multinational company.
• Able to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent system skills- SAP/Purchasing systems.
• Good command of local language and English.
• Well-defined interpersonal skills and able to lead multi-functional teams.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to use judgment/ make decisions at high level.
• Excellent negotiation with suppliers.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Able to work under pressure/perform to deadlines and solve problems.
