We are a group of multinational company which operates business of Gases & Power Plant as part of the LINDE GROUP that has head office in Germany is seeking qualified, highly motivated person to fulfill the position as:

Personnel Manager

Role and Responsibility
• Reporting to the Country Human Resource Head.
• Responsible for implementing Labor Law and maintain industrial relation.
• Advise and implement compensation and benefit scheme to align with global and regional policies.
• Advise and implement company policies and procedures.
• Mapping employee skill and competency.
• Supporting leadership team in the location in handling employee relations.

Requirement
• Graduated from reputable university with minimum 6 years experience in human resource from multi national company.
• Mastering in Labor Law and excellent track record in negotiation with Labor Union.
• Mastering with human resource policies and procedures.
• Have good knowledge of job evaluation using Hay method or Mercer system.
• Have good knowledge of methodology and analysis.
• Familiar with both technical and behaviors competency evaluation.
• Familiar with Human Resource information System or SAP.

Power Plant Production Engineer

Role & Responsibility
• Reporting to the Production Manager.
• Responsible for providing production service in power plant production site.

Requirement
• Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Have at least 3 years experience in operation in a Power Plant industry.
• Experience in safety management and maintenance systems.
• Good engineering knowledge and application of modem instrumentation and control, electrical and machinery principles.
• Excellent knowledge and application of thermodynamic principles, machinery and electrical equipment and advanced engineering calculation.

Instrument Technician

Role & Responsibility
• Reporting to the Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent.
• Responsible for providing service of electrical and instrumentation activities.

Requirement
• Minimum graduate from Senior Technical High School.
• Have at least 3 years experience in instrumentation and have a good understanding of plant operating philosophy.
• Familiar with Power Plant and Air Separation Unit Plant process.
• Have sufficient training for major type of equipment such as Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Control System, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Pump Compressor and other multiple equipments.

Plant Operator

Responsibility
• Reporting to the Shift Supervisor.
• Monitoring performance of critical equipment.
• Ensure the defect in performance or condition of equipment are reported timely to the related line manager and recorded in maintenance management system (GPMate).

Requirement
• Minimum graduate from Diploma degree of engineering.
• Have 3 years experience in modem industrial environment.
• Have good understanding of plant operating philosophy in Power plant.
• Have sufficient training for major type of equipment such as Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Pump Compressor and other multiple equipments.
• Have good knowledge of philosophy in conditioning and monitoring.
• Have sound knowledge of plant trouble shooting.
• Have experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) such as Allen-Bradley, Balley, Simatec, Wonderware, is essential

Commodity Manager

Role and Responsibility
• Reporting to the Procurement Manager.
• To lead the procurement activities in the applicable portfolio and ensuring that this aligns to the Global and Regional procurement and business strategies.
• Ensuring the alignment to the Global and Regional procurement and business strategies.
• Responsible for understanding what activities are happening in the business which could create an opportunity within the portfolio to save money or add value, and then ensuring that Procurement take an active, early and appropriate role in the activity to generate maximum benefit.
• Responsible for proactively identifying and delivering savings and added value from the portfolio and reporting all the benefits achieved by the team and by others in supplier facing actions.
• Guiding, mentoring and involving the team as necessary to achieve the above.

Requirement
• Graduated from reputable university with minimum 5 years experience in purchasing/ procurement of multi national company.
• Excellent track record in negotiation.
• Familiar with procurement system or SAP is preferable.

Process Engineer

Role & Responsibility
• Reporting to the Engineering Manager.
• Responsible for providing engineering service and calculation in process engineering site.

Requirement
• Graduated from reputable university, majoring in Chemical engineering.
• Have at least 3 years experience as engineering in petrochemical or oil and gas.
• Experience in safety management.
• Good engineering knowledge and application of modem petrochemical process.
• Excellent knowledge and application of thermodynamic principles, machinery.

Welder & Fitter

Role & Responsibility
• Reporting to the Mechanical Superintendent.
• Responsible for providing service of welding and fitting activities.

Requirement
• Minimum graduate from Senior Technical High School.
• Have at least 3 years experience in project construction, piping, and fabrication.
• Familiar with “G -6” welding qualification.
• Familiar with “ASME” standard welding construction.
• Have sufficient training for material and any welding procedure and type.
• Passing site practical test that would be conducted by the company.

General Requirement
• All position must computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office.
• For specific technical position must familiar with Microsoft Project, CMMS, and other related application tools/software.
• All position must have excellent concern about safety.
• Excellent English communication for all position and passive for technician, operator and welder/ fitter.
