We are, Indonesia’s largest gas pipeline operating company, are currently seeking for intelligent, highly motivated and good interpersonal skill individual who is ready to take new challenge for the following positions :

Capacity Marketing & New Venture Officer (code : CMV)
• Min. Bachelor degree in Commerce, Public Relations or Law from reputable university (Master degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing, preferable B2B environment & have comprehensive knowledge of Oil & Gas business and able to deliver presentations to potential buyers and sellers.
• Excellent in English both written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel extensively and the ability to work in aggressive result-driven business environment.

Organization & System Development Officer (code : OSD)
• Min. Bachelor degree in Business management, Law or Psychology from reputable university (Master degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years experience in handling Organization Development, Assessment and having knowledge in Workload Analysis, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organizational Diagnosis & Assessment, Career Management & Succession Planning (Supervisor level) preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Excellence in English both written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefit Officer (code : CBO)
• Min. Bachelor degree in Business management or Accounting from reputable university (Master degree is a plus).
• At least 2 years of working experience in the handling payroll, Jamsostek, PPh-21, and man-power regulation & pension fund (DPLK) preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Understand of Indonesia Labor Regulations and current trends and concepts in Human Capital Area.

Contract Management & Customer Relation Officer (code : CMR)
• Min. Bachelor degree in Commerce, Public Relations or Law from reputable university (Master degree is a plus).
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in preparing draft contracts and handling contracts/agreement.
• Familiar with various Indonesian Oil & Gas government agencies and Oil & Gas companies is preferably.

Land Acquisition Officer (code : LAO)
• Min. Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university (Master degree is a plus).
• Min. 2 years working experience as corporate legal officer at Oil & Gas Industry.
• Strong knowledge / understanding about Indonesian Law & Regulation, excellent in drafting & reviewing company’s legal documentation.

Bussiness Planning & Regulatory Affair Officer (code : BPR)
• Master’s Degree of Business Administration or related management fields from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in business analyst, business development, or marketing.
• Sound analytical thinking and ability to develop alternate solutions.

Procurement Assistant (code : PCA)
• Min. Diploma degree (D3) in Engineering (preferable in Mechanical / Electrical).
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position with sound experience in purchasing activity & vendor sourcing. Preferably having experience in handling project procurement activities in Oil & Gas industry.
• Good computer literate & able to work under pressure and overtime.

Contract & Administration Assistant (code : CAA)
• Graduated from, min. D-3 level majoring in Industrial Engineering.
• Min. 2 years experience in handling logistic administration in area of vendor monitoring, expeditor, and inventory, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Able to communicate in English both oral & written & good computer literacy especially MS Excel & any inventory software.

Facilities Technician (code : FCT)
• D-3 level majoring in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience in gas instrumentation in Oil & Gas industry will be prioritized.
• Willing to be stationed at Jambi, Pekanbaru & Batam.

Gas Compressor Technician (code : GCT)
• D-3 level majoring in Electrical, Mechanical & Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in gas compressor in Oil & Gas Industry will be prioritized.
• Willing to be stationed at Jambi, Pekanbaru & Batam.

QA/QC Technician (code : QCT)
• Graduated from Engineering D-3 level from reputable university (preferably from Mechanical Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a drafter Mastering Auto Cad software to update as built drawing in line with document control activity.
• Familiar with MS ISO 9001 Quality Standard & understand Quality Control Procedures related to Project Basis.
• Willing to travel to TGI Operational Area across Sumatra.

Pipeline Integrity Admin / Secretary (Code : PIA / SEC)
• Diploma degree (D3) in Business Management, Office Management or Secretarial background.
• Preferably those who has knowledge and experience in office management and filling system.
• Willing to be work overtime and tight schedule.

General Requirements:
1. Minimum GPA. 2,75 (Diploma & Bachelor Degree) and 3,2 (for Master Degree).
2. Fluent in spoken and written English.
3. Strong leadership, highly motivated and able to maintain stable performance under pressure (for CMV, OSD, CMR, LAO).
4. Strong interpersonal & posses the ability to interact with people all levels of management.
5. Independent staff, able to work under minimum supervision and meets the superior deliverables.
6. Able to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills.
