Our Client is leading oil and Gas Company is currently looking for:
SCM Methods & Procedures Specialist -12 Months contract position
Report to: Company’s Procurement & Contracts Manager
Job Description:
• Action a number of control and process weakness identified in a Price Waterhouse Coopers review carried out in 2007.
• Source and Implement as a priority a single database of Contracts information consisting of all current live contracts, and key data e.g. duration, expiry dates, values, insurances, Performance bonds.
• Develop reporting from the database and current Procurement system (MP2) to all users to enable proper contract management and commitment accounting/forecasting.
• Complete draft procedures and documentation which is intended to cover C&P processes, policies and procedures. This requires some flowcharting and will be used to clarify for all Users and C&P group itself.
• Streamline number of PO s and SO s currently produced with implementation of blanket call off contracts.
• Support and transfer knowledge / expertise to Indonesian national C & P staff throughout.
Candidate will ideally have worked in Indonesia and have thorough understanding of PTK 007 guidelines.
