Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Receiving, logging and advertising of new enquiries from clients, using both company s channels and external advertising media.
- Searching of new clients as well as maintaining the good relationship with the existing clients.
- Searching, screening and identifying candidates through existing contacts/advertising roles/headhunting as well as communicating with clients accordingly.
- Preparing documents, liaising and co-coordinating between clients and candidate regarding additional supporting administration work.
- Conducting post placement reviews and procedures.
- Managing administering and developing the company s database for both candidates and clients
- Conducting periodic business and review meetings with clients.
- Reviewing operational performance and reporting to Operations Manager.
- Marketing know how, possess ability to advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor s or Master Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literates.
