We are a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

Over Drive Service Technician

Independently set up and safely operate Weatherford Over Drive System and conventional equipment (if required) as well as stab all sizes of casing as required during operations.

Qualifications Required:
• Minimum of 5 years oilfield rig experience as Assistant driller or higher position.
• Min. 5 years assigned product & service line’s equipment and operations.
• Good general knowledge of assigned product & service line’s equipment and conditions.
• Extensive knowledge of rig floor operations and associated handling procedures.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Offshore survival, H2S, & Forklift certificate.

Service Technician

Performs field of assigned product & service lines and assists in the maintenance of TRS products & service line’s equipments, according to internal and external customer requirements.

Qualifications Required:
• Hydraulics/ mechanical background desired.
• Basic hydraulic knowledge.
• 3 years field and operations experience.

JAM Technician

Independently set up and safely operate the JAM system as well as understand torque turn and torque time theory. Be capable of using Tubular Data Handbook to determine proper optimum torque for a given threaded connection report to the base while onshore and after any scheduled days off to assist in the workshop duties as required by the Operations Supervisor/Base Manager. These duties may include further training in equipment operations, equipment maintenance and repair and/or general cleanup duties.

Qualifications Required:
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware & Windows NT.
• 1-2 years field & operations experience.

Mechanic Assistant

Understand company safety policies and implement safety procedures. Assist maintenance supervisor/mechanic with maintenance assignments on hydraulic equipment, power equipment, handling tools and the other TRS equipment. Assist Mechanic Supervisor to record all maintenance activity by proper maintenance form. Assist Mechanic Supervisor and Business Unit Coordinator to perform field duties both in offshore or onshore as required.

Maintain all shop equipment, spare parts inventory and ordering, plus all documentation, files and records relevant to equipment operation, maintenance schedules etc.

Qualifications Required:
• Knowledge on hydraulics, pneumatic, services and equipment.
• Current Offshore medical.
• Certificate in Mechanical Course.
• 1-2 years experience.

General qualifications:
• High school equivalency / College degree (min. GPA 2,75 on 4 scale) - mechanical basic (for no 1, 2, 3).
• Good in both Bahasa Indonesia & English communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Electrical & Electronic aptitude while not being mandatory will be highly desirable.
• Ability to work tight deadlines and unsupervised.
