Sr. Project Engineer /PM (SPE-Petro) • Age : Min 35. • Education: S-1 degree. • Experience: min. 7 years of project engineers experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in project engineer for oil and gas or petrochemical. • Preferable experiences in EPC contract and fully comply with : - Understand on Project Management definition and work flow. - Able to establish of the EPC work execution plan. - Familiar in multi Discipline Engineering Product. - Able to coordinate multi discipline work. - Familiar with Halop & Hazid review and procedure. - Understand on ITB & contract review. 2. Project Engineer (PE-Petro) • Education: S-1 degree. • Experience: min 5 years of project engineer experience with project for oil and gas or petrochemical. • Preferable experience in Engineering Package and FEED work. • Project Engineer qualified to understand and fully comply with : - Understand on Project Management definition and work flow. - Familiar with EPC work execution plan. - Familiar in multi Discipline Engineering Product. - Able to coordinate multi discipline work. - Familiar with Engineering key document such as PID & Plot Plant. 3. Sr. Project Control Manager (SPCM-Petro) • Age : Min 35. • Education: S-1 degree. • Experience: min. 7 years of project control, with 5 years of which must be in cost and planning for oil and gas handling projects. • Sr. Project Control shall fully comply with following qualification : - Able to establish of the EPC project control execution plan. - Able to prepare controlling line and productivity line of project. - Able to prepare cost and schedule trend and forecast. - Able to prepare basis of schedule. - Able to operate primavera software/ P3. 4. Sr. Scheduler (SS-Petro) • Education: S-1 degree. • Experience: min. 7 years of overseas scheduling experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in scheduling for oil and gas handling projects. • Sr. Scheduler shall fully comply with following qualifications : - Able to and establish of the EPC master schedule including level of project control and resources load. - Able to identify critical path, milestone and built schedule with cost resources. - Able to prepare schedule trend and forecast. - Able to operate Primavera software /P3. 5. Sr. Cost Estimator (SCE-Petro) • Education: S-1 degree. • Experience: min. 7 years of estimating experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in estimating for petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects. • Estimator qualified to understand and fully comply with : - Able to define project scope, including description of interfaces with existing. - Able to define the cost estimating methods to be used. - Able to prepare the basic cost estimate. - Able to handling of escalation, taxes, duties and local fees. - Able to handling of contingency and technique for assessing. - Familiar and understand Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials. GENERAL QUALIFICATION : • Strong interpersonal skills and organization experience. • Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking). • Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Project and related software. • Familiar with regulation, code and standard in Oil & gas industry. • Self – starting and motivated as well as able to work in demanding area. • Team building mind set.
